Decrees For MY Domain and City

[Please remember within the game mechanics that when you become acknowledged you swear to uphold and abide by these laws. You know of these locations and who hold them. You will be held accountable should you be caught breaking the Princes Laws or the Rules set by the clans.]

1) Alright, you're here. So i'm going to make this crystal clear. Ghouls are covered under my rights of domain. So basically, if theres a mortal in this city, they are my domaine! You want to ghoul one, you come to me first. End ofstory. I will decide whether I wish to give you a part of my domaine. You bring a new one here that was not here previous and you do not have my consent. *looks over to the sheriff then back out to the court* Then my justice will be brought forth...

2) Also, BOONS are the central currency in my court. you WILL uphold them. If there are two that come before my court and one is lying about whether a boon is paid, you will pay for your lies. I will consider it a treachery against my word as your Prince and my laws.

3) Those of you that have decided to remain in my city, there are a few areas you will need to know. Certain members and clans have been granted the privileged of Domain in my city, and their word is law there as long as they follow MY rules. Should you not be of the clan and wish to step within there Domain ask permission and know respectfully what there rules are there will be no excuses or sudden loss of memory or amnesia within you.

4) You travel to one of these area's uninvited, you will meet swift justice. Abide by the tradition of domain or i'll let the clan or person in that domain deal with you as i see fit.

LA [Common Domain] The Black Cave
Well known large Rave club located just outside downtown LA. This Rave Club is a members only club. You may apply for membership here but there is a long waiting list. Only those kindred seem to be approved in a timely fashion when submitting a membership application. While all kindred have access to the first floor of the club, only the Acknowledged Camarilla members of Los Angeles and their guests can move to the other floors and the facilities they offer. Camarilla Members may bring a single guest, but assume all responsibility for those guests.
Upon entering the club you find yourself in the lobby area, here there is a coat check window and a few security guards that stood close by watching over the membership checks. A metal detector, and weapons check is required to get through the doors into the main club. Any member found with weapons have the option of checking them with the coat check, or returning at a later time without them.
Go threw the double doors of the lobby and you are opened up to the main 1st floor of the Rave club. Main Floor...This is where the happenings are. Nightly music, dancing and performers being it a band or well known DJ light up the Black Cave with Music lights and energy. Be careful this is the common Rave club. Then there is a Sub-Floor which is a VIP Lounge. As well here is the Second Floor of Office Suits. Set up here in this Elysium Club are the offices of the Senescha, the Archon, the Scourge and Sheriff. Easy to meet and pass threw communication as each check in regularly here. There is a weapons Infirmary, Large Blood Bank, Interrogation rooms and cells all underneath the club. The Third Floor is a large open room much like the first floor but secure as a private club room or space to use for other use and means.
The entire building is common Elysium, the Masquerade is to be kept on the first floor a ALL times. Ghouls however may come and go from the first floor freely with no need to have their Domitors present, they are not to be on any other floor un-escorted unless they have the proper clearance. Mortals may be brought into the club as a guest; they however must remain with the member and only on the first floor.
Remember the Masquerade at all times when not in the VIP section or office suites. Assume your actions upon arriving and exiting the building are always being watched. So behave accordingly. There are cameras on all of the outside entrances as well as in all of the tunnels that guide the kindred to Elysium from the sewers and buildings they lead from.

LA [Common Domain] Heritage Square Museum
A full mile radius around this very public establishment is considered domain for the
kindred an its location. Do not feed, do not terrorize mortals, do not destroy the artwork or personal staffing or residence within this territory. Do not enter without invite, and do not think yourself above the traditions while present. There is no disrespect to be given here.

McGinty's Brujah Domain [Owned and Run by Nadia Chaves]
A half of mile radius around this establishment is considered territory of domain for this location. One Mile beyond for Hunting, tom foolery and outright neglect of the traditions is not tolerated in this area. If you aren't clan, then get permission or get the fuck out of Dodge.

McGinty’s is a local dive bar in lower east downtown. Bikers usually frequent the blocks around the McGinty’s, but the attraction of an Irish dive bar brings in all types into the pub. While the bar's Irishness may at first glance seem for show, the appearance of the Irish owner quickly puts suspicions about cultural authenticity to rest.

Approaching, guests are confronted with a red and yellow sign hanging above the door and a wooden storefront bearing large open windows. The panes of glass are all decorated with a plethora of pictures of beers and alcohols as well as random symbols of the Irish culture like a shamrock and a leprechaun shooting someone trying to steal his gold.

Once inside, guests see the brick walls and archway are lined with advertisements for various alcohols and Irish decorations to show patriotism for the great nation. The bar tender always greets with a friendly smile and is happy to serve whatever concoction a guest desires. A deep red hue adorns the walls that are not brick as well as the ceiling. Set off into one corner is a jukebox with only the best in rock, punk, metal, classic rock, and everything in between. Patrons can either mill about the main room or hunker down into a booth to enjoy their night at the bar.

The environment and assortment of guests are usually friendly and unpretentious. There are three bar tenders, all ladies with a visible tattoo somewhere on their bodies…one is often seen wearing a green and white bandana tied over her head to hold her hair back. One can come in on any night and always find strangers willing to strike up a conversation over a good lager. Though it is highly unadvised to come in and ask for a pathetic “brew” like Miller or Bud…not only do they not have those beers there, but asking will cause a bar full of laughter to ring out at the fool’s expense.

Off to the back wall, adjacent to the bathrooms, is a door marked “PRIVATE” with the words “Abandon All Hope Ye Who Enter” written on a sign just below eye level. The door remains closed at all times, but there are a small number of patrons allowed to venture through the portal.

Camarillo State Mental Hospital, also known as Camarillo State Hospital, or CSH, was a psychiatric hospital for both developmentally disabled and mentally ill patients in Camarillo, California. The hospital closed in 1997. The site has been redeveloped as the California State University, Channel Islands. The University has retained the distinctive Mission Revival Style architecture, and the distinctive bell tower in the South quad is now the symbol of the university.

This high end Gentleman’s club speaks for itself. This is generally not a Members only however you must get past the bouncers in order to get in. Several VIP suites your spot for non-stop exotic entertainment. Drinks in a club with a touch of the exquisite and finest class taste. For the safety of the guests security is tight of coarse so think wisely before you screw up. All those of the Ventrue clan receive a special ID Card for access as well as all who receive swipable ID cards memberships available.

Griffith Park Gangrel Domain/Territory

The Gangrel of LA have been given this neutral territory as there domain. This is considered neutral territory while present. Under My Laws and Traditions in the city. Situated in the eastern Santa Monica Mountain range, the Park’s elevations range from 384 to 1,625 feet above see level. With an arid climate, the Park’s plant communities vary from coastal sage scrub, oak and walnut woodlands to riparian vegetation with trees in the Park’s deep canyons. The California native plants represented in Griffith Park include the California species of oak, walnut, lilac, mountain mahogany, sages, toyon, and sumac. Present, in small quantities, are the threatened species of manzanita and berberis.

Over the years recreational attractions have been developed throughout the Park, however an amazingly large portion of the Park remains virtually unchanged from the days Native American villages occupied the area's lower slopes. Today's Griffith Park offers numerous family attractions, an assortment of educational and cultural institutions, and miles of hiking and horseback riding trails, and provides visitors an ideal environment for enjoyable recreation activities. Chinatown Cathayan Domain

The Known and Acknowledged Cathyans of LA as known and welcomed threw Me and by the Keui Jin leader Shinigmai have been given this neutral territory as there domain. The main streets running through the new Chinatown are Broadway, Spring Street and Hill Street. Chinatown is located directly north of downtown Los Angeles, between Dodger Stadium and the Los Angeles Civic Center. The Broadway side of Chinatown is usually packed with a myriad of tourists, with a lot of Chinese restaurants and merchants.

Chinatown is somewhat segregated between Chinese ethnic groups in some respects. College Street, running in a northwest-southeast direction, provides a rough boundary between the older (post-1930s and 1940s) and newer businesses (post-1980s). Many businesses belonging to the original American-born Chinese families (Taishanese and Cantonese Chinese) are in the northwest area. Also due to the stylized exotic atmosphere, this section of Chinatown is very popular for on-site movie filming, such as Rush Hour with Jackie Chan. In the southwest, according to an estimate in the Los Angeles Times, nearly 90% of businesses are owned by first-generation Southeast Asian immigrants and refugees of Chinese origin.
