Location: Sitting like a dreary skeleton along the main transport waterway.

Description: One can almost hear the ghosts and laughter of the people that used to delite in the rides and games of these old fair grounds. Now, going on ten years, the stands have been empty and the lights have been off. Still though, random individuals seem to walk the fenced off property and vandalism is rampant amongst the equipment that still stands. A few years back, a suicide jumper made the papers, hurling themselves off of the top of an old ferris wheel but the "media" has kept quiet since. Still, urban legends abound about the mysteries of this place or the transient inhabitants.

Staff: Police visit sometimes to find homeless for any number of reasons. Homeless and worse seem to gather occasionally.
