The Traditions

In our setting the traditions are an important fact. Every vampire who comes to the city knows what the traditions are and is expected to follow them to the tee. This is the result of either a talk to their local primogen or of personal research in the matter. Every smart neonate who travels makes sure he knows how the local rulers of the locale where he is travelling to in order to establish himself think about the traditions. After all in this case the difference between knowledge and the lack of knowledge could be the same as between life and death.

Please note that failure to abide by the traditions and being caught has dire consequences. Anywhere from mutalation, staking fo several years as a display to thse in the Princes city that would defy them, and even final death. Basically, dont break them
