Age: only time span allowed are those less than 50 years of age as a Ghoul.

Attributes no 5’s and only one 4.
Abilities: no 5’s; only one 4 not in a combat skill.

BGs: max of three in any one catagory, higher with exceptional reasoning. No 5’s.

Influence: max level of 2

Disciplines: Potence 1, and a single In-clan discipline, Clan specific disciplines are not allowed at creation.
Virtues: single 4, no 5’s
WP: max 5

You must purchase benevolant dormitor merit on this chat (as you must have a pc dormitor) unless you and your sire wlll be able to put up a history A ND prove IC that you both have no intention of being the good girl/boys to each other.

Rules for using the Diceroller

Hi everyone, as per your Head ST, Midnight Ghost, it is now required for all players using the DR to use at least their first name (for their character) and put in an action suitable for what they are doing -or- their requirements for the roll.

Example:

Johnny Red is attempting to kick someone.

Name: Johnny
Action: Kick

-or-

Name: Johnny Red
Action: Dex + Brawl

NOTE:

It is also required to insert any extras that hold a difference in your normal dicepool, such as using willpower, negative dice from damages or splits, negative difficulties from merits or ambush, etc

Example:

Name: Johnny
Action: Kick + wp -2 dam

Guys this is REQUIRED or the roll does not count in the future.

Disciplines-disc is potence plus 1 in clan discipline of your sire. this doesn't mean your setite ghoul is getting serpentis or your gangrel ghoul will have protean. basic disc please. if it one of those super cool disciplines i want a very good reason.

Domitor- all ghouls are required to take domitor at creation. you will be given potence as well as 1 inclan disc that has to be learned IC. Domitor is based on your dom's generation.

Equipment: Please provide on your character sheet submission a list of all your equipment [owned] and gear [carried]. If you pick up an item IC please notify the Staff so that it may be noted with your character sheet. A character caught using something which hasn't been approved [especially firearms] will not be in a world of fun should the Staff be notified.

just a reminder, ghouling occuring IC, now requires the Vampire to submit a paragraph or more as to why they are ghouling said PC mortal to be FPMed to the mortal ST.

Please be sure that if you do not want your mortal ghouled, to put [DO NOT GHOUL] in your equiptment.

Now, if you have given permission to be ghouled IC to a player that wishes to ghoul you, and you both have submitted your paragraphs, when you are approved for the change over, neither of you spend xp for your ic interaction and gains. However, if the mortal was literally created for the ghouling t begin with and is ghouled in less than a week... youboth will be expected to spend for the stats still.

of course, those of you playing camarailla ,, you have heads up that anyone that you ghoul new is required to ask the prince for permission or you are violating her laws. so if you do ghoul without the princes permission, make sure you dont get caught.
