Well players, the time has come before chaos as we are growing to implement a system the Staff will go by. Every other weekend... Experience and Equipment Requests will be processed. This means the weekend both Saturday and Sunday of the Second and Fourth weekend of the Month.

Experience and Equipment Requests will be updated on the sheets by these days. Players may turn in Eq/Ex at any time. Same with blue bookings. Just because you see that your requests have been viewed by the Venue STs doesn't mean there getting processed asap and will be seen on your sheet pronto so don't poke, bug or ask before this time. Your Bluebookings, XP Requests and your EQ Requests must be place on your character threads using the format set up. Please when you are putting your blue bookings and requests in make sure what you are requesting and trying to gain is clear for understanding by those who are processing them.

Follow the format in the example at the bottom of this post.

~ EXAMPLE EXP REQUEST ~

Character full name.

Attribute 2 = 8 xp - this is my justification and what I have been doing to raise this attribute

Ability 2 = 3 xp - This is my reasoning for this, who has been teaching me, what I have been practicing, how often and with whom

Discipline 2 = 10 xp – This is my reasoning for this, I have been doing ____ , what I have been practicing to manifest this ability

Background request:

Background 1 = 3 xp - I believe through the events of the game, such as... _____... that I have established this background...

Equipment - Brass Knuckles [Str+1B], Butterfly Knife[Str+1],Stakes [Str+1L]
[Include the Stats for the weapons you are choosing]

TOTAL REQUEST: 27 xp

Please make this the format that you use when sending in your requests to the Venue ST for your character! You must include the trait you are purchasing, the level in which you are purchasing, the cost of XP and a small reasoning for gaining the trait. Equipment include the stats. If this format is not followed your request will not be processed.

Requesting 1st levels:

- To learn "New Abilities", you must either:

Actually role-play learning this new ability in game. An IC teacher is always helpful! You will be required to make rolls for whatever it is you are trying to learn. Remember, you will be lacking one of the die pools required when making these rolls. i.e. the ability you are trying to learn. Your difficulty might be higher as well.

Write a detailed, well-written blue booking about your character learning this ability. The more detail you put into the blue booking, the more likely your request will be accepted. You will also be required to copy/paste several rolls from the die roller into the blue booking. Do this using the appropriate corresponding attribute.

- To learn "New Disciplines", you must have an IC teacher.

Requesting 2nd & 3rd levels:

To learn levels 2 and 3 of your attributes, abilities and disciplines, you must either:

Actually role-play practicing these skills or disciplines in game. When you put in your request to buy these up with XP, a die rolls (copy/pasted from the die roller) would helpful.

Write a well-written blue booking about your character practicing the attribute, ability or discipline along with a die rolls (copy/pasted from the die roller) would be helpful.

Requesting levels 4 and higher:

- To learn lvls 4 or higher of attributes/abilities, you must either:

Actually role-play perfecting this attribute or ability in game. An IC teacher is always helpful! You will be required to make rolls for whatever it is you are trying to perfect. Several rolls will be required and IC training times will be decided by the Storyteller.

Write a few detailed, well-written blue bookings about your character learning this attribute or ability. The more detail you put into the blue bookings, the more likely your request will be accepted. You will also be required to copy/paste several rolls from the die roller into the blue booking. IC training times will be decided by the Storyteller.

To learn lvls 4 or higher of Disciplines, you must have an IC teacher.

XP Notes!

PC retainers (i.e. if your character ghouls a PC mortal), merits, flaws and Status earned "In Game" will be added to your sheets at no cost! Also, it's been agreed that, on occasion, "Bonus XP" -may- be given out to players for "Exceptional Role play" and "Storyline Participation". Currently, the chat allows .5xp for 24hrs. log in.

**Disciplines all take time especially level three and higher. Remember, the more work you put into your character, the more you will get out of it!
