[IC] Coteries of LA

In the wake of occurrences within the city, the Prince has deemed it necessary to encourage the formation of coteries. In this decree, Prince Sascha Wouters has asked the Sheriff Devin Campbell to help coordinate groups in forming coteries. Once formed and their purpose designated, the Coteries will ultimately answer to the Seneschal in their efforts, in which he will coordinate with the Archon who offered his services for these efforts. Thus establishing a common ground that coteries can coexist on which is essential in the Prince's design. Many have raised arms to join in this effort of working for the greater and common goals, including Jessup Creep and Shinigami who are offering their services to this cause of forming coteries.
