Mortal concept restrictions

Hey guys we really need some basic concepts filled here. So for the next couple weeks I am ONLY accepting chars that can be played in the medical field, law enforcement or gangs.

PM w/ a background first. We'll work together to see what your char needs and then u create the sheet. Chars who are in positions of power etc will be given certain stats prior to creation. PCs that go threw academy will also receive rewards.
As for mafia i will need an exceptional background.
