The Sammati Sangha (Gathering of Monks) Meditation & Yoga centre is located in Northridge. It is a fairly small centre with a single large room used both for Zazen and Yoga classes. It has a tiny supply room with pillows and other things to sit on in various postures. There is a 'living' room with two tables, a coffee machine and a few newspapers lying around, decorated in a homely fashion. There are also two small rooms used for personal lessons or to simply be by yourself. One of these is practically soundproof, but the business does not have the funds to do this costly procedure everywhere. The building itself is recently renovated, and has been used in this fashion the past few years.
Membership allows members access both to scheduled classes and open evenings, but members are expected to respect the privacy of others where it comes to using one of the two 'private' chambers.
