TJ mortal pc incentive program

Mortal PC's that are made for TJ will receive the following bonuses and stipulations:

1)receive 10 xp. first xp request maybe made after 2 weeks of active rp within reason.
2) are restricted to TJ. if you want to leave TJ for nay reason for a scene ST must be contacted and scene moderated
3)receive a "do not ghoul" tag for a minimum of one month.

all these are to stimulate the MORTAL TJ game. so not as sabbat fodder. even if you already have a mortal in the venue i'll allow a TJ char temporarily. this is a limited time offer boys and girls so act now supplies are running out.
