Noddist Sermons from the Wastelands

The dank, underground Cathedral of the monsterous Bishop Cicatriz of Tijuana smelled of spoiled flesh and crushed dreams The noddists sat in the candle light, each focused on both the control of their beasts, with the flickering flames aloft, as well as the horrendously ugly, scar covered monstrosity wearing but a shroud that moved to the Cathedrals Altar. In his hand he carried pieces of parchment, old, worn and used...and he looked over the assembled with a baleful eye, glaring down at the various members of the Bishops court. Cicatriz was before them, his words ready to be recieved:

"Brothers and Sisters in Caine, I stand before you tonight to speak ill of us all! We have come forth and presented the City of Tijuana the Truth of Caine, and as we speak, as we preach, we have watched what this truth has done to this city in the dust. The cainites of Tijuana have lost their way! I have seen them run the streets, former templers, former gang bangers, former people...but they do not grasp the meaning of being a Cainite. They have shown weakness, they have shown lack of thought, lack of a strong will. I watch and I see my Brother and Sister Noddists run along with them, and I feel ashamed.

We are CAINITES! We are seperate and above the Kine; we must not mingle in their world! I have heard tales of Cainites /MARRYING/ each other! WEAK I say! WEAKNESS! They hold and cherish the SINS of the CAMARILLA! I name them TRAITOR! I hear of Cainites who have jobs, who get paid mortal money! WEAK I call them, WORTHLESS!! THeY do not deserve the very title of Cainite! We are monsters, we are the beasts that Caine has made us...we shall not walk in the Mortal world, but we shall walk above it, watching it and refusing to even be seen by it. We are the silent wolves, the stalking creatures of the night...never forget this. To show your face as a Cainite to a kine is to disavow your place among the Children of Caine--for it is to lower yourself to their level. It is our Caine given right to remove the Children of Seth from the Mortal coil; we are their executioners, not their mimics!

I tell you, my children, that such indulgences are but a sign of their ineptitude. They desire pleasure, they desire wealth--NO. Such is not the way. As CAINE said before us, the path to righteousness is a path of Glorified rebellion and disciplined restraint! The Noddist takes the middle path, the path of decision, of clarity. Mercy? FOOLISHNESS. Indulgence, /PAssion/? WORTHLESS. Our focus should not beon the external, but on the nternal--on what it means to BE a Cainite! Research the history of the family of Caine, research your own powers of the blood, develope thy will and become STRONG.

This strength is of utmost importance!! For within us is the Blessing, the true CURSE of our existance...the Beast! Never forget that the beast is our Foe...is our CHALLENGE! We must not fail against it, even for one moment! We research and find the powers of the Beast, but we must not EVER let it have control over us! We must strive to live in peace among the kine, feeding on them in the shadows...for it is the BEAST that is our worst enemy...the BEASTS inside of us all. Those who do not share our Faith risk the dangers of the Beast, especially those who walk the world pretending to be something they are not.

THIS is why the Camarilla is our hated ENEMY. They are meat for the Beast, they are weak, they are dangerous! They are the slaves of the BEAST and the ANTIDELUVIANS...all must be destroyed, the blood of the weak must be reclaimed and once more made strong. THIS IS THE WAY OF THE NODDIST!"
