Red X, the bane of all chatters existances -.- . I used to get it often on another chat, try the following:
Close and restart firefox. If Firefox gives you this error message that it is already running, bring out the task manager by pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL once, and click on "Processes", then find the Firefox process, highlight it, and kill the fucker. Then restart firefox and try again.

Tried that. Cleared my Cache, my cookies, my Private data and -everything- yet everything still hates me. I've cleared it all then rebooted and still that haunting X's follows me.... *mutters*
