The Hilton Hotel (elysia) went completely black. No power, and no back up generators started up. There seemed no power.
Cellphones still worked and it seems completely isolated to the hilton alone. No other buildings have gone without power around them. Cordless phones will work for a few hours before going dead for lack of charge, but any main phone that is a normal plug in does not work due to lack of power.
