Learning Discipline Rules/System

The time spent earning experience will be considered to be your learning time in general. With the exceptions noted below. These time specifications are IRL.

All out of clan disciplines require a tutor for every level! No exceptions. Must be played out IC

Extra learning times for higher out of clan disciplines
Out of Clan Discipline -

Level 4: 10 Days more then normal.
Level 5: 15 Days more then normal.

Clan Specific Discipline (For those whom don't have it in-clan) - Requires Tutor

Level 1: 5 Days
Level 2: 10 Days
Level 3: 15 Days
Level 4: 20 Days
Level 5: 25 Days

Said learning times can be shortened through approval of the Head Admin/ST and with proof of role-playing out the learning process with your IC tutor. Just posting a request with a tutors name will give you the full learning time, starting on the date the discipline/power is purchased with XP or otherwise noted by the Head Admin/ST on the date the request was posted.

House Rule ~ Clan Combo Disciplines cannot be learned to those outside of the Clan Blood.

Rituals cost 1 xp per level of the ritual. Learning times are simular to that shown in Blood Magic, but may be given some amount of leniency for good blue bookings and IC play
