I can't seem to find where the allowed Cross-over of Venues is posted anymore. Seeing the Independants in LA all the time, I am under the impression that we are allowed to go anywhere now.

As far as I understand it there are no Cross over to be had. Unless its from and NPC stand point. What this means is that Sabbat may face off or meet Anarch/Camrilla NPCs. However I am unclear on the status of that when it comes to Indy vampires.
